Heat a cooker with oil and gram flour.

Mix it nicely for 10 mins when the colour changes to little brown then add masalas.

Mix it add vegetables dry mangoes and water except ladyfinger.

Now add chopped tomatoes.

Pack it nicely and give 1 whistle slow flame for 2 mins. Fry ladyfinger and add masala in it (mix masala salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder).

Now open the cooker's lid add ladyfinger.

Give tadka in it heat 1 spoon oil add jeera sarso and red chilli powder.
