Ingredients

8 to 10 serving
  • 8bread slices
  • 1 litermilk
  • 2-3green cardomum
  • 200 gramkhoya
  • As req yellow food clr
  • As req almonds
  • Oil or ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut bread slices in triangular shape or as per desire.then fry them.when clr chnge into golden brown.take out from the pan.and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Boil mil till it reduce in half then add cardomum.khoya and food clr let it cook till it will be thick.

  3. 3

    Now assemble the fry slices into the serving dish.

  4. 4

    Then pour the milk which cooked before on it.

  5. 5

    When slices soaked all the mixture sprinklr almonds and put silver paper on the top of the shahi tukray..now ready to serve.
