Ingredients

  1. piadina bread, or any flat bread, I bought mine
  2. courgette
  3. smoked salmon
  4. Mayo, cocktail or tartar sauce
  5. olive oil
  6. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and slice courgettes. Dry well and cook in a little oil until browned. Set a side

    Put bread in a large pan. Add courgettes to one side

    Add salmon on top. Add sauce on the other side. Fold up and through for 2-3 mins, turn once and enjoy 😊
