Ingredients

  1. 4garlic cloves
  2. Halfpound of shrimp
  3. 3/4olive il
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Splashwhite wine
  6. Splashclam juice (for a more fishy flavor) depending on your preference
  7. Pinchpepper
  8. Small bunch of Paersly

Cooking Instructions

    Peeled back shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat up olive oil medium or lower with crushed garlic (not too hot you don’t want to burn the garlic)

  3. 3

    Boil pasta 8-10 minutes or al dente

  4. 4

    Add season shrimp and all other ingredients to the hot olive oil and cook for 5/7 minutes or until golden

  5. 5

    Drain pasta and add to the shrimp oil sauce
