Ingredients

  1. 8 Cupscold salted water
  2. 1 handfulPasta, I used Angel hair
  3. 2-3 clovesFresh Garlic minced
  4. 1large sweet onion roughly chopped
  5. 1lemon squeezed minus seeds
  6. 1/2-2/3 cupfresh grated Parmesan
  7. Handfulgrated cheese, I used Fiesta shredded cheese
  8. 1/2 pintcherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
  9. 1/4 cupmilk
  10. 1 stickbutter, cut into pats
  11. Olive oil
  12. About 1 tablespoon dried Oregano
  13. About 1 tablespoon dried Basil
  14. Onion powder
  15. Garlic powder
  16. to tasteSea or Kisher Salt
  17. Fresh ground black pepper
  18. 1 bagBaby carrots cut in half
  19. 8-10fresh Asparagus tips
  20. Fresh mushrooms sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Allow 8 cups of salted water to come to a boil. I added my dried herbs and pasta to the boiled water.

    Angel hair is ready in between 3-4 minutes, other pastas are usually ready 7-8 minutes.

    I sautéed my minced garlic on low heat, added my chopped onions, until Translucent. I then added the rest of my prepped vegetables. Sautéed on low,

    In a small pot, heat the butter, the cheese on low

  5. 5

    When butter and cheeses are soft and fairly melted, drain pasta, place back into hot pot it was cooked in.

  6. 6

    Add the vegetables, and the Butter cheese sauce, to the pasta, gently stir to blend. I then added the squeezed lemon and milk. Once again stir to blend.

    Allow to sit about 3-5 minutes. Deve with a smile and enjoy
