#pakistankameetha My dream came true today, I found an excellent alternative of jhaara which halwai used for making mootichoor laddu. I made these laddu for the first time by using aluminum foil disposable dish after making pores in it instead of jharra. And here is the result....

#pakistankameetha My dream came true today, I found an excellent alternative of jhaara which halwai used for making mootichoor laddu. I made these laddu for the first time by using aluminum foil disposable dish after making pores in it instead of jharra. And here is the result....
Steps

Take a bowl and add gram flour into it. Add 1 cup water and mix well to make a runny better without lumps add more water if needed. Add yellow food colour and mix it. In another bowl take out 2_3 table spoon of this better and add red food colour in it. Keep both betters a side.

In another pan add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in it. Add green cardamom as well and make a thick sugar syrup.

Take an aluminum foil small disposable dish and make small multiple wholes in it by using tip of toothpick. Of use jharra if u have. (jharra is a tool to make mootichoor laddu, it has multiple small funnel shape wholes in it).

Heat oil and pour gram flour better into this dish by keeping on top of heated oil. Better dropped down into oil like shower. Deep fry at high heat. When fry take out these small beads by using strainer and keep a side. Repeat the procedure till all better finished. Repeat same procedure for red colored better as well.

Now add all these fried beads(mooti) into thick sugar surup and mix well. Syrup should be very hot. Cover the lid and rest for 1/2 hour to let them soaked nicely into syrup. Take out those soaked beads into a bowl mix well and add dry nuts into it. Now make laddu of desired size. Enjoy with ur family and friends
