Squeeze 1 BIG STRAWBERRY into mixture, add 1 drop food coloring if you want a pink color.

Add oil to low heat pan, flip when bubbles form

Repeat, if you have excess batter, scoop into pan with 2 teaspoons, flip when bottom firm

Decorate with butter and maple syrup
