Peanut Chikki is the pakistani version of Peanut Brittle. It’s made with peanuts, jaggery and nothing else really. It’s a staple in pakistani bones during winters and one of my personal favorite.

Steps

Roast peanuts for 5-6 minutes on medium-low flame till crunchy then Remove all the skin.

Add sugar and water in a pan and cook until sugar ceremelized.Keep on stirring so that the sugar starts melting and boils.

Turn off the flame then add roasted peanut and mix.

Meanwhile grease a plate with ghee and pour the peanut mixture immediately and spread it evenly with the help of a cup or roller pin.

Wait for 2-3 minutes and cut it into pieces when it is still warm. Cool it completely and serve.
