Steps

First put Bhakri in a kadhai, add some water and soak it just for 2-3 sec.

Remove it and crumble.(Don't make it too mushy)

If you are using Chapati no need to soak.direct crumble and add.

Add all the masala : Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, salt, sugar and Chilli powder And keep ready.

In a kadhai, add Oil, Mustard seeds, til, Jeera for Tadka.

Add curry leaves, onion and garlic

Saute for few mins.

Once onion is brown, Add the mixture and mix well.

Add some Coriander leaves and serve hot. U can also enjoy with curd or buttermilk.
