Chop all the vegetables and set aside.

Place them in a bowl.

Add yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, and mustard oil to the vegetables.

In a separate pan, roast 3 tablespoons chickpea flour in vegetable oil. Add turmeric, then pour this seasoned oil over the paneer mixture. Mix in salt and chili powder as well.

Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes.

Spread the marinated paneer and vegetables on a nonstick skillet. No need to add extra oil.

Your paneer tikka masala is ready to serve.
