Ingredients

  • 300 gunbleached white flour
  • 300 mltepid water

Steps

    Mix together, cover with a cloth

  2. 2

    Leave somewhere warm and stir if it separates, after a few days it should start to bubble and smell a little sour this can take a few days

  3. 3

    At this stage pour half a way and FEED add 150g flour and 150 ml water, after another week it will now be fizzy and sour now is the time to add to a jar and keep, at this stage you can take around 50grams out and feed this you can now gift. make sure you write out the instructions for feeding weekly
