  • 4Eggs
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Divide the eggs into white and yolk,

  2. 2

    Put a pinch of salt into egg white, and whip well,

  3. 3

    Put whipped egg white on baking sheet like cloud, and dip the center of the egg white and put the yolk there.

    Bake 180℃ oven. 5 minutes. Add some parsley on top. Today I ate cloud egg on brown rice curry. You can eat cloud eggs with bacon for breakfast, or you can put cloud eggs on toast. Enjoy fluffy and thick yolk😄💖
