Ingredients

  1. Chicken drumsticks, thighs and wings
  2. Marinade
  3. Sprinkle some salt on skin
  4. Ingredients
  5. 2 stalksspring onion
  6. 4 slicesginger smashed
  7. 6 clovesgarlic smashed
  8. Sauce
  9. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  11. 1 tbspShaoxing wine
  12. 1 tspsesame oil
  13. 1 1/2 tspsugar
  14. 150 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with some salt just sprinkle lightly on the skin.

    Place all ingredients and sauce mixture on a steaming plate. Place the chicken pieces on it.

    Steam the chicken in high heat for 15 minutes and serve.
