In a bowl, add the oil & eggs together with the sugar and whisk continuously, add the buttermilk & and any flavour of your choice.

Add up the dry ingredients & grease the non stick pan with butter as shown, pour the mixture & cover for about 3mins at low heat, turn it & cover for a minute.
