Jaggery Oats halwa
Steps

Dry roast oats for 4 to 5 mins till it smells toasty. Take it in a blender and powder fine.

Take 2 tblsp of ghee in a pan, add in cashews and fry till golden. Set aside.

Now add in milk and keep cooking and stiring till it thickens.,

Add jaggery and mix well. Once it starts to thicken, add in ghee little by little and mix well.

Cook till halwa leaves the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and fried nuts. Mix well.
Serve
