Boiled the lentils and rice

Chop the vegetables,onions,ginger and green chilli

Pour some ghee in the kadhai and add cumin, Fenugreek,mustard seeds and add ginger and curry leaves and allow them to crackle

Add the chopped onions,green chill and vegetables in to the kadai
- 5
Add some turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste mix all together and add the dal rice mixer and cook all together for 10 min on slow flame

Garnish with some ghee and coriander and serve hot
