Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 poundsground pork
  • 1 teaspoonground sage
  • 1 teaspoonsalt 1
  • 1/2 cupapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoonchives
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupinstant oats
  • 1jumbo egg
  • To tastespicy barbecue sauce optional
  • To tasteyour favorite hot sauce optional
  • 2 tablespoonspeanut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 375° Fahrenheit. Get the pork and spread out. Add oats and spices with egg and apple juice.

    Add the chives, mustard powder, and apple juice. Form a design on top if you like. Put into the oven and bake 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool to touch. Slice the heat oil and fry. Brown on all sides.
