  • 1 tbspparsley seeds
  • as requiredOil for deep fring
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all, make a dough for puri. Wheat flour, parsley seeds and salt and make a soft dough with the help of water.

    Make raw puris with the help of a roller.

    Take a kadhai add oil and hot it when the oil is hot add the raw puri

    And bake both sides.
