Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupCoconut
  • 4-5Dry Red Baydegi Chillies
  • 5-6Shallots
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspCoconut Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Scrape the coconut and get ready with the other ingredients.

    Grind the coconut, salt and red chillies first, then add the shallots and grind again to a fine paste. Sprinkle water accordingly.

    Transfer to a bowl and pour a tsp of coconut oil. Serve hot with Idli,Dosa or Uthappam.
