Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 3 tsprice washed and soaked completely for 30 minutes
  • 1 cupsugar
  • As neededAlmonds for garnish(optional)
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil the milk

    Then add rice in it and cook it well on medium to low flame.

    Now add cardamom powder

    Cook it well. At last add sugar cook for 2 minutes. Now garnish with almonds, then kheer is ready to serve.
