It's a homemade mass gluten free, with a creamy zuccini, bacon, onion, and feta cheese.
Cooking Instructions

In a big bowl mix the GF flour and the butter, untill it's al compact, then add the egg and keep kneading all the mix untill you get a dough. Cover with film paper the dough and reserve it for 20 min on the fridge.

Meanwhile the dough it's on the fridge for 20 min, start to chop al the filled ingredients, and put them on a pan with 1tbsp of olive oil and cook it.

After the 20 min, take the dough and expand it on the mold. Cook the dough in the oven for 15 min at 200°. While the dough it's on the oven, finish the filled, add the feta cheese, the egg and the milk and stir everything. After the 15 min remove the dough from the oven and add al the filled.

Cook for 20 min all the quiche on the oven at 200°. Enjoy it!

I wanted to serve something like this for brunch. I made mine easily with frozen puff pastry.It's easier if you bake the puff pastry on the day before making the quiche. I recommend using a chunk of cheese; preferably parmigiano reggiano or comte! It really makes it different from when you use store-bought grated cheese or easy melting cheese.
