Heat a saucepan.add butter. When butter melt add wheat flour. Till the flour when you get cooked Aroma. Do not brown the flour.

Then add little by little milk. The milk has to be chilled so not get lumps. If you use hot or warm milk you get lumps. On a low flame, simarda sauce little thickens. When sauce become a thick add boiled pasta,black pepper powder,seczhwan sauce,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, mix Italian herbs,grated cheese, cooked veggies.cook for 3-4minutes and serve hot.
