Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupdesi ghee
  • 4 cupboiled water
  • Almonds as needed (optional)
  • 2 cupsugar or as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in kadai

    Add wheat flour in it and roast it.

    Roast it well till colour changes golden brown.

    Now add sugar and stir continuously

    Now add boiled water and stir continuously for 5 minutes

    Now garnish with almonds, then halwa is ready to serve.
