Cut the chicken into pieces

Pound the garlic and ginger together until it’s in paste form

Add the pounded mixture into the chicken and mix well

Add the vinegar, black pepper and mix well

Lastly add the soy sauce and the salt

Cover and refregirate for 30minutes
