My family loves masa so much, and

Wash and soak the raw rice for 5hrs or overnight,then drain and rinse

Add the cooked rice to the raw rice and blend to smooth paste

After blending add in your yeast and flour then mix very well till smooth
- 4
Cover and allow to rise for 8hrs or overnight
- 5
Add baking powder,salt and sugar mix, set aside to rise in a warm place for an hour
- 6
Heat your tanda(skillet) with little oil and start frying, when done turn the other side too.
