Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. drain the excess liquid.

Heat oil in another sauce pan and saute the onions. add in the ginger garlic turmeric paste and give it a good mix

Add in the tomatoes. mix.

Add in the zucchini and the chili. mix.
- 5
Add in the carrots, season and mix.
- 6
Pour the mixture into the pan with the noodles and toss it up till evenly mixed.

Garnish and enjoy
