Japanese silky milk pudding

It’s my family’s favorite dessert after dinner! People usually buy it from nearby convenience store, but I prefer to make it from scratch. Just 4 ingredients needed! And you can even skip using heavy cream if you don’t have it at home. Ingredient amonts are for 4 small glasses so if you have big family, please increase the volume.

I tried your recipe the other day. I wanted to make double the amount ‘cos I’m greedy af.Anyway, since your recipe indicated that the pudding needed 50g of gelatin - I put in 100g since that’s 2x that amount. I have not worked with gelatin, so I’m going to guess that everyone else assumed you accidentally typed in a 0 by accident. (In your photo, it says 5g)Anyway… I had to throw my milk “puddings” as utensils even bounced off it. Even knives had trouble piercing through its gelatinous exterior. It was even tougher the squeeze than a stress ball… :D100g of gelatin tossed right in the trash lol
