Wash and chop the coriander and mix the spices in a bowl. To make the stuffing mixture for paratha.

Now make a medium size ball and roll it is approximately for 2 inches.

Stuff it with 2 tsp coriander mix and seal it properly. Dust it with wheat flour.

Grease hot tawa with ghee and fry the paratha from both the sides. Delicious crispy dhaniya paratha is ready.
