Ingredients

2large portobello mushrooms sliced and cut into pieces
1medium onion peeled and sliced in half then sliced thin
4ramps washed and cleaned and sliced in 1/2” pieces
to tasteSalt and pepper
to tasteGarlic and herb seasoning
3tblsps butter melted
1/4 cupColby jack cheese

Steps

Take and put all ingredients except cheese in a bowl shake to coat with the melted butter.

Pour the ingredients on a cookie sheet and bake at 350’ for about 20 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle the cheese over top and put back in oven for another 5 to 10 minutes...
