Ingredients

  1. 1 kgidli batter
  2. 250 gmspotatoes
  3. 100 gramsgrated coconut
  4. 3green chillies
  5. 2 inchesginger pieces
  6. As per taste Salt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  10. 3 spoonsRoasted chana dal

Steps

    Take the batter and add warm water to make Dosa.

    Heat the non-stick pan grease with oil and make the dosa with butter.

    Boil potatoes chopped in small pieces and make the sabji adding masalas as per requirement.

    In mixer jar add the coconut, roasted chana dal, salt, green chillies and 1/2 spoon cumin seeds and grind it into fine a paste by adding little water.
