Ingredients

  • 2 cupsndengu
  • 1tomato
  • 1/2garlic
  • 2carrots
  • 1/2ginger
  • 1/2tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Ndengu boil till soft cut onion add oil fry, add tomato stir till cooked then crash garlic, ginger and tumeric add them into the pot

  2. 2

    Add your Ndengu to above mixture stir for 2minutes can add little or no water. Serve with anything of your choice
