Ingredients

  • 200 gmred chilli cut into pieces
  • 50 gmtamrind
  • 50 gmginger
  • 50 gmgarlic
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspFenugreek seed
  • 2 tbspVinegar
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspHing/asafoetida
  • As neededMustard oil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and grind chilli ginger and garlic.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Put oil add mustard seed, fenugreek, hing,red chilli power, termric powder let It splutter add ginger and garlic paste.

  3. 3

    Saute for 4-5 minute add red chilli cook for 5minutes. Add salt and tamrind pulp. Cook for 3minutes add vinegar. Cook until vinegar evaporate or chilli cook well.
