Cut and grind chilli ginger and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pan. Put oil add mustard seed, fenugreek, hing,red chilli power, termric powder let It splutter add ginger and garlic paste.

Saute for 4-5 minute add red chilli cook for 5minutes. Add salt and tamrind pulp. Cook for 3minutes add vinegar. Cook until vinegar evaporate or chilli cook well.
