Steam your spinach and drain all the water. Spinach needs to be dry

In your pan/pot add butter, one clove and onions. Let the onions cook till soft. Remove the clove.

Add the minced garlic, about 1 tbspn of corn flour and some milk. Stir your mixture till it thickens as in the third picture 👇🏾

Add the remaining milk, black pepper, salt and nutmeg and stir. Bring to boil and let it simmer for 10minutes giving stirs in between. The stew thickens as time goes by while simmering

Add your spinach and mix. Let it cook for 3 mins under low heat then turn of your cooker.
