  • Cream cheese
  • 1 cananchovies
  • Manchego cheese
  • slicesTomato
  • Oregano for garnish
  • Thin strips of bell pepper
  • 1drizzle olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast a slice of bread in a skillet over low heat on both sides.

  2. 2

    Once the bread is toasted, spread cream cheese on it. Add tomato slices, then Manchego cheese, and place the anchovies on top of the Manchego. Garnish with oregano, strips of bell pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!
