Ingredients

  1. 2carrots
  2. 2celery stalks
  3. 5-6 leaveslacinato kale (cavolo nero)
  4. 5-6 leavessavoy cabbage
  5. 4 1/4 ozday-old bread (about 120 grams)
  6. 1 canborlotti beans
  7. 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the vegetables.

  2. 2

    Sauté the onion.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and enough water to cover them. Cook for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Add the beans and bread, then let the soup rest.

  5. 5

    Serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil.
