Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupcustard powder
  3. Butter simas(1)
  4. Sugar 1&half cup
  5. Milk 1cup (i used peak dried one)
  6. 6eggs
  7. 1 splashvanilla essence
  8. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  10. 1& half Tsp baking powder
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1 pinchbaking soda
  13. 1Large apple (peeled)
  14. 2large carrot
  15. Pineapple (used little)
  16. 1 cupmixed fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter nd sugar until light nd fluffy. Grate ur carrots, cut d apple into cubes, puree d pineapple and set all aside.

    Add d eggs 1 after d oda, then add milk, vanilla essence and mix until incoporated

  3. 3

    Mix all dry ingredients together

  4. 4

    Add d dry ingredients little by little nd mix after each addition. Keep half a cup of all mixed dry ingredients aside.

  5. 5

    Add diced apples and mixed fruit to d flour u set aside and toss dem together. Add d puree and grated carrot to d batter nd mix but dont ovamix.

  6. 6

    Spray ur cupcake pans with butter or rub d butter on it. Pour ur batter on d pan add ur remaining fruits onto each pan.

  7. 7

    Preheat ur oven

  8. 8

    Den put ur batter in oven nd bake 30-35 min. Use toothpick to check if its done. If it coms out clean den its baked but if it stil has sumtin attached to it, giv it few minutes to b complete. Enjoy!!!
