Cook pasta according to directions. Then drain.

Mozzarella (small cubes) and some parmesan cheese are added to the hot pasta on plate, and tossed. Allows the cheese to melt.

Then spoon the chilled tomatoes onto the pasta.

Place garlic and olive oil, on top of tomatoes. And black pepper to taste.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Tip: garlic cloves can be served raw, or stir-fried in olive oil

Tip: chilled tomatoes - store unopened can of tomatoes in fridge, until needed

Variation: fresh tomato chunks with fresh basil
