Ingredients

  1. spaghettini or fusilli (spiral pasta)
  2. mozzarella cheese, cubed
  3. 1 candiced Italian tomatoes, chilled
  4. or Aylmer Accents tomato chunks Garlic & Olive Oil
  5. mozzarella cheese, cubed
  6. 3garlic cloves, chopped
  7. olive oil
  8. black pepper
  9. parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Cook pasta according to directions. Then drain.

  2. 2

    Mozzarella (small cubes) and some parmesan cheese are added to the hot pasta on plate, and tossed. Allows the cheese to melt.

    Then spoon the chilled tomatoes onto the pasta.

  4. 4

    Place garlic and olive oil, on top of tomatoes. And black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

    Tip: garlic cloves can be served raw, or stir-fried in olive oil

  7. 7

    Tip: chilled tomatoes - store unopened can of tomatoes in fridge, until needed

  8. 8

    Variation: fresh tomato chunks with fresh basil
