Prepare all ingredients

Fry onions, add the herbs and spices if using. You can also use dhania stalks and green or red hoho, works perfectly. Add garlic n ginger paste.

Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Add some water to let it simmer so that the ingredients come together.

Add boiled/fried/leftover pork. I had boiled mine marinated with some basil.

Add the chips, squeeze in some lemon or lime juice. Mix quickly and gently to avoid breaking them apart. Enjoy hot.
