Ingredients

20-25 minutes

  • 1 cuppoha (soaked in water)
  • 1 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1/2 tspchopped garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • as requiredFinely chopped coriander leaves

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Be ready with all the ingredients.

    Mix everything together in a mixing bowl.

    Make small balls from the mixture.

    Shape them as you desire, heart shape or round as shown.

    Deep fry on low flame till golden brown and crispy.
