Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour, ghee and desiccated coconut and crushed cardamom and mix it well till the flour mixture binds.

Now divide flour mixture in equal parts of balls and give a finger shape to all the parted balls.

Deep fry all the fingers on low flame till it turns golden brown.
- 4
Wheat flour fingers is ready.
