Steps

Firstly, in a deep bottom pan, take 2 cup water and add 3 tomatoes, 4 dried red chilli.
Boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling it's skin.
Cool down the blanched tomatoes and chilli.
once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomatoes.
Transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into blender.
Also add 4 clove garlic, 1-inch ginger. - 2
Further, add 5 almonds to have a good thickness to sauce.
Additionally add 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tsp soy sauce. Blend it to a smooth paste without adding water. - 3
Finally, momo chutney is ready to enjoy with veg momos.
