Ingredients

  1. Dough Ingredients
  2. 2.2 poundsflour (about 4 cups flour or 1 kilogram)
  3. 1 tablespoonsugar
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonpowdered milk
  6. 1 tablespoonyeast
  7. as neededWater for kneading,
  8. (No oil)
  9. Meat Topping Ingredients
  10. 1.1 poundsground beef or lamb (about 500 grams)
  11. 1large onion, finely chopped
  12. 2tomatoes, finely chopped
  13. 1green bell pepper, finely chopped
  14. Salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili flakes, and oil to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    To prepare the dough: Mix all the dough ingredients together and let the dough rest until it rises.

  2. 2

    For the meat topping: Mix all the meat topping ingredients together well.

  3. 3

    Roll out the dough into circles, top each with a little of the meat mixture, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) until golden brown.
