Boil peel and mashed potatoes add chopped onions green chillies coriander leaves red chilli salt rock salt cumin garam masala cornflour mix well to form a smooth dough

Take a small ball of potato mixture drop in oil and check if it spreads is oil u can add more cornflour and mix again

Take a big ball of potato mixture and spread on palms keep boiled egg in centre enclose egg inside nicely seal on top and cover egg nicely with egg

Fry over medium heat until brown from all sides....remove gently on paper towel cut and serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup
