Take a kadhai add 1 tsp oil. After oil gets hot then add onion and saute for 2 minutes.

After that add green and red bell pepper saute for 2 minutes then add carrot and sweet corn and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add tomato ketchup and herbs and mix it well then add pinch of salt.

Now take bread slice spread some ghee on the back side of bread keep in sandwich maker.

Now spread stuffing and grated cheese and again keep bread slice and spread some ghee on top.

Now close the sandwich make and toast it for 2-3 minutes.

Now your cheese sandwich is ready.
