Palak pakora

The wors Spinach whenever comes to my mind Jst 2 memories of childhood recalls one is Palak pakora (made by grandma Bcz it’s my grandpa’s favourite,May Allah grant highest rank in Janat ul Firdous to both, Ameen ) & another is Popeye the sailor ⚓️
But few years ago I Hv some health issues then I try my best to add spinach in my diet
Especially in Breakfast in form of Smoothie

Some benefits of spainch
Spinach is also an excellent sauce of vitamin Ke, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good sauce of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin Ke is important for maintaining bone health and it is difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin Ke than spinach.

Wash 2-3 times Spinach, strain in strainer for couple of minutes then roughly chopped (save some leaves too for leafy pakoras

In a bowl, firstly sieve gram flour then add all the seasoning, mix it well, add water lil by lil to make a paste then add rest of the ingredients rest for 15 minutes

Heat Oil in a wok,deep fry until crispy, golden brown and full done

Serve hot with tea
