  • 1 bunchspinach washed and cut
  • 1Cucumber skinned and shredded
  • 1 handfulgrapes washed and sliced
  • I cup of water
  • 1 table spoonmoringa powder

    Gather all the ingredients

    With the grapes you can decide to use any other fruit I interchange them every day eg grapes today, banana tomorrow and a mango the following day

    Put them in a blender and blend into a smooth green paste
