Chinese-Style Stir-Fried Pho Noodles

Chinese-Style Stir-Fried Pho Noodles
Steps
- 1
Measure using tablespoons or US tbsp. This amount makes 4-5 servings; increase quantities as needed for more.
- 2
Use 1 tablespoon of the sauce to stir-fry with beef. Before stir-frying, marinate the beef with a little pepper. Heat the pan until hot, then quickly stir-fry the beef.
- 3
Use 1 tablespoon of the sauce to stir-fry the vegetables, adding 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder or bouillon.
- 4
Wait until the pan is very hot, then add a generous amount of oil. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, then add the pho noodles and stir-fry quickly over the highest heat. Add all the sauce, then add the vegetables, beef, onion, and green onions.
- 5
Serve with a little soy sauce and chili sauce on the side. Stir-fry only as much as you plan to eat for the best flavor.
