  1. 1

    Separate the egg yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Add the yolks and mix to combine.

    Add the shrimp paste to taste and mix well.

    Heat oil in a skillet. Once hot, drop a spoonful of the egg mixture into the oil and fry on both sides. Enjoy!
