Wash and soak rice and both lentils. For 1/2 hr.

Take a cooker on Medium flame. Add ghee, mustard seeds. Let crackled add cumin seeds and Chopped Onions. Saute it for a min.

Now add green chillies ginger garlic paste, saute it till get golden. Add chopped tomatoes and potatoes. Mix it well

Add Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, coriandor powder.

Add Khichadi masala, mix it all well and let get masala cooked. Add curd.

Add water, let it boiled. Add Soaked rice and lentils, salt. Mix it well. Close the lid and get 3 whistle.

Let get cooker cool down. Open the cooker. Mix the Khichadi. Pour some more ghee and serve with onions. It's wholesome, one pot meal.
