In a bowl take warm water and add sugar and yeast and keep it 15 mins for fermentation.after 15 minutes add refined flour and salt and make a soft dough. Keep this dough 20 min for fermentation

Melt butter and add coriander and chop garlic and make garlic butter.

After dough fermented make three portions of dough and roll it 1 inch thick on the half, portion apply garlic butter cheese and mixed herbs.

Fold it in a half apply garlic butter and herbs and make cutting marks.pre heat oven for 250 degrees for 20 minutes and bake the garlic bread for 15 minutes.
